What a lovely way to be welcome to Wales. We got there fairly late, at around 3:30 pm and we got an amazing well draught pint of Guinness, great atmosphere, made everything they could do and beyond to attend our lunch order. It has to be a must stop if you are around, driving by or staying in the lovely city of Holyhead.

We went yesterday for a family Sunday lunch and it was beautiful. The food was hot, delicious and proper home cooking with 8 different vegetables on the plate. Nicest meal out in a long time. The team are also very welcoming and friendly and great place to watch the football. The Victoria Inn really is a hidden gem and can't wait to return for another Sunday lunch with my dad. They serve a large selection of beers, wines and spirits.

We visited a nearby park and wanted a hot meal. We found this lovely pub which usually on a Sunday takes bookings, but they managed to squeeze us in. The food was lovely and the people very warm and friendly. It's worth a visit.

We popped in today for Sunday roast and we were told normally it has to be booked but they managed to find some for us and I’m so glad they did. It was the best roast I’ve ever had, the gravy was phenomenal. Portion size was great and felt very homely. 10/10 would definitely come back but will remember to book this time! Staff was so friendly and helpful and we absolutely love Charlie the dog!

What an amazing find. We stumbled upon this quaint little place on our way back from the Holyhead Marina to our ship at the cruise terminal and decided to stop in for a drink (or two). It was early, so no one else inside, but the owner treated us like royalty. The drinks were awesome and the atmosphere. . . we wanted to stay there all afternoon. We left with a smile and a great memory. Thanks.
p.s. can't speak for the food, we only had some bags of chips, but the menu looked amazing.
